This bugfix update resolves a routing issue introduced in 2.2.0 and improves recruiter-linking accuracy on Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+.

Key improvements include:

  • Bugfix: Fixed a 404 error on the recruiter editor’s REST routes that prevented the recruiter profile editor from loading correctly.
  • Public Recruiter Compatibility: On Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+, the “Published Contact Recruiter” linked recruiter type now only links, displays, and auto-imports recruiters explicitly marked public. Recruiters without a public setting (from profiles created before this option existed) continue to be treated as public. “Job Owner” and “Assigned User(s)” types are unaffected.
  • Data Lookup Fixes: Corrected postmeta key lookups for the “Assigned User(s)” and “Published Contact Recruiter” types on Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+, restoring recognition of those types in recruiter display, auto-import, and job-to-recruiter linking.
  • Email Retrieval Fix: Fixed a data-shape mismatch on Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+ where the “Published Contact Recruiter” type was incorrectly treated as a single recruiter rather than an array, which had broken email retrieval for that type.
  • Auto-Import Fix: On Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+, recruiter auto-import no longer creates a profile for a recruiter explicitly marked not public, regardless of which linked recruiter type brought them in.
  • Linked Jobs Fix: Fixed an incorrect version check that prevented recruiter-linked job postmeta from being set correctly on Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+, affecting the [matador_recruiter_linked_jobs] shortcode and recruiter-based job queries.
  • Settings Clarity: Updated the Bullhorn recruiter-linking setting description on Matador Jobs Pro 4.0+ to explain the new public-recruiter behaviour.
