  • Do You Have a Free Trial?

    We do not offer a trial plan, but we do offer a 30-day Money-back Guarantee, so if you try Matador and totally hate it, we'll return your money. If you want just a taste of Matador's power before you purchase, you can also try out the free "Just Jobs" version from the WordPress official plugin repository.

  • Why Isn't There a Lifetime Plan for Plus?

    At this time, we're trying to keep things simple by offering just three subscription options.

  • Why Is the First Year More?

    Like other WordPress premium plugins, when you buy a subscription, you aren't buying our software, per se, but our top-notch support and direct access to our regular updates. Unlike other WordPress plugins, we find our customers need extra support to get up and running. So, a first year subscription includes a new install support fee so we can be there for you until you are up and running.

  • I Know What I'm Doing, Can You Waive the New Install Support Fee?

    All first-time users of Matador must pay a new subscriber support fee. While we believe you are a great developer, we find our new install support is often focused on us supporting the end-user in configuring their Bullhorn account to be optimized for Matador.

  • What Do You Mean By a "Site"?

    Your license is valid for fixed number of sites. When you install the plugin, you'll be prompted to enter your license key. If you use your license key on more sites than your licence, it will disconnect the first site.

  • Do Local/Staging Environment Count as a Site?

    Local and staging environments do not count as sites. We encourage you to test updates on staging before installing live, especially our major point releases.

  • Should I Go Plus or Pro?

    Plus and Pro plans give you the same level of access to our high-quality core plugin Matador Jobs, which includes features we think 90% of our users will need. That said, some users will need features that others won't, and so we offer add-ons. Plus includes Plus add-ons, but you can only get the more powerful Pro add-ons with a Pro subscription.

  • So, what is the difference between a "Plus" or "Pro" add-on?

    Plus add-ons generally extend and expand existing features of Matador, like, for example, adding another type of category to your jobs for better searching. Pro add-ons generally add new functionality that integrates the plugin with other solutions, like, for example, our Pro add-on that lets users subscribe to job email alerts powered by Mailchimp.   • Can I Get a Pro Add-On Without Buying Pro?

    Our current plan is to only support Pro Add-Ons with Pro subscribers or Pro Lifetime customers. If you aren't sure if you need a Pro plugin, sign up with the Plus plan and we offer a simple upgrade path.

  • Are more add-ons coming?

    Absolutely. Our plugin is still young, and we have a long internal list of add-ons, both Plus and Pro, that we'd like to build and offer to you. If you have a feature you'd like added ASAP, check out our features request page.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Yes! If you submit a support ticket within the first 30 days and we are unable to help you configure Matador, and/or you are unhappy with Matador, we'll honor refund requests made by the 45th day.
