  • Do You Have a Free Trial?

    We do not offer a trial plan, but we encourage you to try the FREE Just Jobs version of Matador. Seeing is believing, and seeing Matador in action will make you a believer! Still not sure?   • Why Isn't There a Lifetime Plan for Pro?

    First off, since we are fresh out the gates, the Lifetime plan is a limited launch offer to help us get started. We encourage you to take advantage of it while it lasts! The answer to the question is simple though: when we eventually ask you to renew each year, we're asking you to support us in keeping Matador powerful, up-to-date, and feature rich. In 2018, we saw major changes to the landscape of the business of web, including the implementation of GDPR, which had WordPress, Bullhorn, and us making updates to our software to offer our users compliance. Supporting us annually makes sure we're right by your side keeping our product up-to-date, functional, and feature rich!

  • Why Is the First Year Subscription More?

    Like other WordPress premium plugins, when you buy a subscription, you aren't buying our software, per se, but our top-notch support and direct access to our regular updates. We find our customers need extra support when they first purchase to get up and running. So, a first year subscription includes a new install support fee so we can be there for you while you get setup.

  • I Know What I'm Doing, Can You Waive the New Install Support Fee?

    All first-time users of Matador must pay a new subscriber support fee. While we believe you are a great developer, we find our new install support is often focused on us supporting the end-user in configuring their Bullhorn account to be optimized for Matador.

  • I Need a Feature You Don't Support. Can You Add It?

    We love hearing feature requests from our customers. Some are implemented quickly, others might become a new All-Access plugin, and some might be out of the scope of Matador. No matter where you idea falls in the spectrum, we can help. Visit our feature request page.

  • Should I Go Pro or All Access?

    Pro and All Access plans give you the same level of access to our high-quality core plugin Matador Jobs, which includes features we think 90% of our users will need. That said, some users will need features that others won't, and so we offer add-ons for those extra features to All-Access customers.

  • Can I Get a All Access Add-On Without Buying All Access?

    Our current plan is to only support All Access Add-Ons with All Access subscribers or Lifetime customers. If you aren't sure if you need a All Access plugin, sign up with the Pro plan and we offer a simple upgrade path.

  • Are more add-ons coming?

    Absolutely. Our plugin is still young, and we have a long internal list of add-ons, that we'd like to build and offer to you. If you have a feature you'd like added ASAP, check out our features request page.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Yes! If you submit a support ticket within the first 30 days and we are unable to help you configure Matador, and/or you are unhappy with Matador, we'll honor refund requests made by the 45th day.

  • What Do You Mean By a "Site"?

    Your license is valid for fixed number of sites. When you install the plugin, you'll be prompted to enter your license key. If you use your license key on more sites than your licence, it will disconnect the first site.

  • Do Local/Staging Environment Count as a Site?

    Local and staging environments do not count as sites. We encourage you to test updates on staging before installing live, especially our major point releases. Certain urls are automatically determined to be "staging", though you may need to contact us to enable your specific staging url.

  • I need install or customization help. Can you do this?

    We absolutely can support your install, integration, and customization for a fee. We require All-Access subscriptions for this service, so that we have our full toolbox for your needs.
