The Matador Jobs Pro Client Lead Form for Bullhorn extends Matador with a additional form for your website that will collect website visitor responses into either the Bullhorn Leads object or the Bullhorn ClientContact object.
It is designed to collect information from and create records of perspective hiring companies that may wish to engage your firm to recruit for them. We recommend that you use this only when:
- You use Bullhorn’s built-in CRM features to manage companies you hire for.
- You receive a high volume of input from perspective clients via your website
- You isolate the Lead form to a page or pages targeted to that audience to avoid general public responses.
This does not replace a general Contact Us form on your website and should not replace your “general application” for job seekers applying to your agency but not a specific role in your agency.
When the forms are submitted you receive an email and responses from the form will also be saved into your Bullhorn Leads, if you are a Bullhorn Enterprise customer, or ClientContacts, if you are not a Bullhorn Enterprise customer, fields in Bullhorn.
