With the release of Matador Jobs Pro 3.4.0, site owners can now save and record the time and date a website visitor whose application created or updated a candidate record in Bullhorn last accepted the privacy policy (and/or terms of service). In order to use this feature, a site owner must define the customText or customDate fields where this data is saved (and possibly also set labels in their Bullhorn for those fields).

To define these fields, we provide a WordPress filter, and highly recommend you use it. This is a setting that should never change. But, if you are uncomfortable in editing your code, you can install this plugin to give you another way to make these definitions. Settings are easy to change, code isn’t, so we encourage this as a short-term solution–use at your own risk!

For information on how to set the filters in your code, visit our help documentation.
